Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Tilune ("the App"), developed by Samuel Checa. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

Use of the App

Tilune is a note-taking application designed for personal use. You are responsible for all content you create within the App.

Subscriptions

Tilune Pro is available through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Monthly: 2,99 € per month

• Annual: 19,99 € per year (equivalent to 1,65 € per month)

A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

Free Trial

The free trial period lasts 7 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, illustrations, and branding, is the property of Samuel Checa. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data loss will not occur. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Samuel Checa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App if these terms are violated.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

In addition to these terms, your use of the App is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):
